Booking & Payments
How do I complete a booking?
Search for a hotel, select your dates, pick a room, and complete the checkout. You'll get a confirmation email with your booking reference within minutes.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Some hotels also accept pay-at-property options.
When will I be charged?
It depends on the rate. Prepaid rates are charged at the time of booking. Pay-at-property rates are charged by the hotel at check-in or check-out.
Cancellations & Refunds
How do I cancel my booking?
Go to Manage Booking, enter your booking reference and email, and follow the cancellation steps. Free cancellation deadlines are shown on your confirmation.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. The amount refunded depends on the cancellation policy for your rate.
What does "free cancellation" mean?
You can cancel without charge before the deadline shown on your booking. After the deadline, the hotel's cancellation policy applies.
Account & Membership
How do I create an account?
Click "Join" in the header and enter your email. We use a one-time code (no password needed) to verify your identity. Takes about 30 seconds.
What are member-only rates?
Some hotels offer discounted rates exclusively for StayViz members. These are marked with a "Member Rate" badge and can save you 10-20% off the standard price.
